We never ask for your social media password, withdrawals go through Xendit, and ID documents stay in private storage.
Yes. Here is what we do with your accounts and data.
- No social media passwords. You verify an account by adding a code to its bio, and we only read what is public on it, like your videos' views and your follower count. We can never post for you.
- Payments through Xendit. Brand payments and withdrawals to banks and e-wallets are handled by Xendit, our payment provider.
- Private documents. A KTP photo, when one is needed, is kept in private storage that only our review team can open, and every time someone opens it is logged. Your NIK is shown to you masked to its last four digits.
Never share your SEMA password or a login code with anyone, including someone who says they work for SEMA. Our team will never ask for it.
