- Only the agency owner can ask, to their own withdrawal account: a bank account or an e-wallet. Crypto addresses are not accepted.
- Only the wallet balance can be withdrawn. To take back a campaign's unused budget, move it to the wallet first.
- The fee is currently 10% of the amount. A Rp 1.000.000 withdrawal sends Rp 900.000.
- The minimum is the same as for creators, currently Rp 50.000.
- One at a time per agency. The amount is held from the wallet while it is in progress, and the owner can cancel it while it is still pending.
Our finance team sends it through Xendit or rejects it with a reason. A rejected or failed withdrawal returns the amount to your wallet.
