Why was my analytics rejected?

The recording did not confirm the views: it was unclear, not from your account, or showed an audience outside the target market.

The analytics review checks your claim's screen recording against the views we tracked. When it is rejected, the reason is shown with it.

Common reasons

  • The recording does not clearly show the video's analytics, or does not come from your own account.
  • The views in the recording do not match what was tracked, or the views dropped a lot since the claim was filed.
  • The audience's top country is outside the market the campaign targets. Audience location is not public, so reviewers read it from your analytics, and views that come mostly from elsewhere are a common sign of bought views.

What happens to the money

A rejected upload moves no money and is not counted as a claim. Unless the reason says otherwise, the earnings stay on the video: fix what the reason names, such as recording the analytics clearly, and file again.

Buying views, using bots or view-exchange groups breaks the rules and can cost you your account and its balance.
