How are my views tracked?

Views are read from the platform automatically, every 12 hours while a video is new or growing, and every full 1,000 views earns the campaign rate.

You do not report views yourself. We read each submitted video's public view count from the platform automatically: every 12 hours while the video is new or growing fast, and less often, once a day or every few days, once its views slow down. A video whose views have stopped gets a fresh read when you file a claim on it.

What counts

  • Full blocks of 1,000. On a CPM campaign, every full 1,000 views earns the campaign's rate for that platform. Views in between are not lost: they count when the next thousand completes.
  • The minimum views. If a campaign sets a minimum, a video under it does not earn yet, unless the campaign pays a reduced rate below the minimum. Views collected under the minimum are kept and paid once the video clears it.
  • The minimum engagement rate. If a campaign sets one, views gained while the video is below it are not paid, even after it climbs back above.
  • The cap per post. If a campaign caps what one post can earn, earnings stop there.

Why a number can look different

The count in the app is the one from our last read, so it can trail the number you see on the platform by a few hours. Platforms also remove fake views, so a count can go down. Keep the video public, or it cannot be read.
