Reviewing videos and claims

Approve videos that follow your brief, then check each claim against the creator’s analytics before it is paid from your budget.

Two reviews stand between a creator's post and your budget.

Video review

Each submitted video comes to your team. Approve it if it follows the brief; reject it with a clear reason if it does not, so the creator can make one that does.

Claim review

When a creator claims earnings, they upload a screen recording of the video's analytics from their own account. Compare it with the views we tracked, and check the audience's top country against the market you are targeting. We flag patterns fake views leave behind, and claims whose views dropped since they were filed.

Budget

  • Your budget is charged only when a claim is approved.
  • When the remaining budget cannot cover a whole claim, you can approve part of it; the rest is not owed later. With no budget left, the claim waits as budget exhausted until you top up.
  • On a video's later claims there is a 3-day wait after the previous approval.

Nobody can review their own claim.
