Agency roles: Owner, Admin and Moderator
Admins can do everything the owner does with budget and campaigns. Moderators run reviews but cannot fund, move budget or create campaigns.
When you invite someone to your agency, you give them a seat.
Admin
Can do everything the day-to-day work needs, and handles money: top up, fund campaigns, move budget, and create campaigns.
Moderator
Runs the agency's day: reviews videos and claims, manages campaigns, creators, messages and links. A Moderator cannot top up, fund or move budget, create a campaign, or change anyone's seat.
Owner
Everything an Admin can do, plus withdrawing the agency wallet, which only the owner can do because it pays out to the owner's own account.
Analyst seats are no longer offered. Analyst seats given earlier keep working until the owner changes them.
