Adding a withdrawal account
Save up to 3 withdrawal accounts: a bank account at more than 20 Indonesian banks, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, or a USDT wallet.
A withdrawal account is where your withdrawals are sent. Add one in your Wallet under withdrawal accounts.
What you can add
- A bank account at more than 20 Indonesian banks, including BCA, Mandiri, BRI and BNI.
- An e-wallet: GoPay, OVO, DANA or ShopeePay.
- A USDT crypto wallet. Choose the network, such as TRC-20, and paste your public address for that network. Crypto withdrawals are sent by our finance team by hand rather than through Xendit, so they can take longer.
Tips
- You can save up to 3 accounts. Delete one to add another.
- Use an account in your own name. The name on the account is checked against your KTP when one is needed.
- Double-check the number. Money sent to a wrong number that belongs to someone else may not be recoverable.
