My withdrawal is pending, rejected or failed
Pending means it is waiting for review; rejected and failed withdrawals return the amount to your balance so you can request again.
Pending
Your request is waiting for our finance team. Before sending, they check that the videos behind your claims are still public, and your KTP when one is needed. Keep those videos public, and do not request a second withdrawal: only one can be open at a time.
Processing
The transfer has been handed to Xendit and is on its way to your account. Most transfers land quickly, but banks can take longer outside working hours.
Rejected
The request was not sent, and the held amount is back in your balance. Read the reason, fix it, and request again.
Failed
The bank or e-wallet refused the transfer, often because the account number or name does not match. The amount is back in your balance. Check your withdrawal account and request again.
If a withdrawal shows as sent but has not arrived after a working day, submit a ticket with the withdrawal's date and amount.
