Welcome to SEMA Rewards (the "Platform"), owned and operated by SEMA Rewards Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptability and Eligibility

To use SEMA, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Clipper Accounts and Performance

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account details and password. Any actions taken under your account are your sole responsibility.
  • Clip Submissions: When participating in a campaign, you submit video clips for review. All submissions must comply with our guidelines and those of the respective social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to manipulate views, engage in fraudulent clipping, submit copyrighted material that you do not own or have permission to use, or attempt to exploit/game our rewards systems.
  • Review and Approval: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any clip submission that violates our guidelines or campaign brief. Only verified and approved clips will qualify for payouts.

3. Payments, Rewards, and Payouts

  • Payout Calculations: Payouts and rewards are calculated based on verified views and performance metrics as determined by our automatic tracking systems and manual reviews.
  • Payment Destinations: It is your responsibility to provide correct and valid payment details. We are not responsible for lost payouts due to inaccurate bank or e-wallet info.
  • Taxes: You are solely responsible for calculating and paying any taxes, levies, or duties arising from the rewards you earn on our Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Property: All software, design, logos, and materials on SEMA are the exclusive property of SEMA Rewards Private Limited.
  • Your Submissions: By submitting clips, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your submissions for campaign reporting, platform marketing, and promotional purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

SEMA Rewards Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms, committed fraud, or engaged in harmful behavior.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
